Notes For Patients

  • GLP-1 dosing is customized based on your medical history, medication response, labs, and goals
  • Medical plans are ideal for those needing supervision, titration, or additional coaching
  • Meds-only plans are available for stable patients on consistent doses
  • Labs are required every 3 months until stable dosing is achieved, then every 6 months while on GLP-1s
  • To obtain medication refills, patients must be seen at least every 3 months
